24 Port Switch

Smartec brand STN-2410 network switches are equipped with 24 10/100 Mbit / s ports supporting Power over Ethernet IEEE802.3af / at technology and are designed to work with high-resolution IP cameras, including outdoor ones, when installing them far from power sources. Along with the fact that the switch, 24 ports of which are equipped with PoE injectors with a total budget of up to 380 W, allows you to power both 15 W and 30 W of consumers, it provides the ability to control power through the web interface using the included software. The STN-2410 is also equipped with 2 Uplink 1000 Mbps ports for connecting to the trunk and 2 SFP slots for fiber expansion. The device supports full duplex flow control IEEE802.3X and has a throughput of 12, 8 Gb / s.

STN-2410 are part of the Smartec brand of network equipment, which combines switches that stand out among their analogues in terms of price and quality, as well as decent functionality. Unlike the unmanaged 8-port STN-0810 devices, this switch (24 electrical ports plus 4 Uplink) has the function of controlling the distribution of PoE power to each of the terminal devices connected to it. Using the supplied control software, the STN-2410 allows you to monitor all 24 ports in real time, to monitor their status and PoE status.

Connectors for IP-cameras and NVR recorder The switching architecture of the STN-2410, as well as unmanaged Ethernet switches as part of the Smartec line of network devices, is implemented according to the Store-and-Forward scheme for data transfer with intermediate storage. Its design provides several types of interfaces for connecting various external equipment. Among the connectors that the switch has: 24 ports 10/100 Mbit / (RJ-45) with support for automatic detection of the type of cable Auto MDI / MDI-X for connecting, for example, surveillance cameras (STC-IPM3670 Xaro, etc.) – two Uplink 10/100/1000 Mbit / s Ethernet ports for communication with the trunk, one of which can be used to connect to the NVR. All equipment 24-port …
